About The Dunas Complex
The Dunas do Alvor complex (where Marco's Bistro Bar is located ) doesn't have its own website but you can find plenty of places on the web that refer to it.
The 'Holiday Watchdog' site ( link image left ) will give you a good idea of what is on offer.
The complex consists of two large linked plazas sharing a common large swimming pool and sun terrace.
The ground floor areas are mainly shops ( including Marcos! ) and businesses with apartments located above.

Torralvor ( Dunas apartments )
50 apartments that used to be rented out to Thomas Cook. They are now being rented out by the owners.
The lady who runs the office on Dunas is SARA ( she speaks lovely English and asks that if any of our customers ring with enquiries can they please say that they got the number form Marco´s.
As far as we are aware all apartments are with pool passes, but as ever it is best to double check.

A Studio apartment at Amoreiria Mar, about a 10 minute walk to the village and beach ( near the Repsol garage ). Sleeps 4 comprising of 2 Singles, 1 double sofa bed also a 1 travel cot ( linen provided ).

On the Dunas Complex
Just a few of the shops and businesses located on the Dunas do Alvor complex. However, due to the number of retail units available ( and the state of the economy ) things do change. This was how it was looking at the beginning of 2012.

Milenio. A small 'mini-mercado' ( 7-11 type ) right next door to Marcos on the complex.
